Please fill out the form below registering as a vendor or sponsor for the 2025-2026 Diocesan Conferences. Please note that vendor registration is first come, first serve and dependent on availability and space. The Office of Missionary Discipleship reserves the right to turn away any vendor that does not fall in line with the mission of the conferences. If a decision is made as such, the office will be in touch with the vendor and a full refund will be issued.

Information on the Conferences:

Men's Conference - October 4th 2025 - Bellamy Middle School in Chicopee
Women's Conference - November 15th 2025 - Bellamy Middle School in Chicopee
Family Fest - September 6th 2025 - Camp Holy Cross in Goshen
